Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are applicable only if the service has not been delivered as per the agreed terms.
- Partial work completed at the client’s request may not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation Terms:
- Clients may cancel services before the project starts without any charges.
- Cancellations after project commencement may incur charges proportional to the work completed.
- Requests for cancellation should be made in writing via email.
Process:
- Submit your cancellation or refund request to info@zeencommunication.com.
- Our team will review the request and respond within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Services:
- Customized content, completed design work, or services already delivered as per agreement are non-refundable.
